Imitated by never duplicated, the Champion 990 is the industry’s most popular and affordable perforating, scoring and slitting machine. It’s easy to operate, versatile and constructed of heavy-duty Sheffield steel, no light-weight aluminum or plastic. The Champion is multi-functional; it performs each function either individually or simultaneously, depending on your needs.

Unlike other designs, the 990 offers unlimited score, perf or slitting heads on the shafts – no limits. Anything goes. The 990 handles stock from a 9 lb. onion skin, digital substrates, on up to a 40 pt. board. Instant adjustments are done with the side-to-side micrometer –aligning stock to the cutting head for critical adjustments.

The Champion 990 Double Head design includes two tandem shafts in perfect registration so the first head can lightly score while the second head follows with a deeper score—reducing the chance of ink cracking, regardless of coverage, grain direction or stock weight.  Ideal for digital scoring of brochures, flyers, tent cards, menus, and greeting cards. Micro-perforate sheets for use in laser printers or remittance receipts on bills. Perforate tear-off reply cards or panels. Score presentation folders, card products and more. This is the ideal system for lower to mid size runs with a superior design that ensures production speeds up to 18,000 sheets per hour.
