The Morgana AutoCreaser Pro XL is a high-performance, fully automatic paper creasing system designed for speed, precision, and ease of use. Featuring a cost-efficient vacuum top feeder and a unique creasing rule that eliminates paper tearing and cracking, it delivers flawless results every time. With a maximum output of 8,500 A4 sheets per hour and no loss of accuracy, the Pro XL is Morgana’s most productive creaser to date.

This system accommodates sheet sizes up to 385mm (15″) x 1300mm (51″) with the standard table extension, making it ideal for today’s longer sheet applications.

Intuitive User Interface

Operation is effortless with the intuitive touchscreen interface. Simply enter the sheet length (popular sizes are pre-set), select the fold type (letter, gate, etc.), and press enter—the system automatically calculates and sets crease positions.

• All adjustments, including feed method, crease position, and engineering settings, are controlled directly through the interface

Perforation as Standard

The AutoCreaser Pro XL now includes rotary perforation as standard, with a wide range of wheels available to suit different requirements. For more complex applications, an optional cross-perforation unit enables multiple perforation layouts in a single pass.
