High-Speed Shanklin F Series Workhorse Wrappers

The fully automatic Shanklin FloWrap machines are continuous-motion horizontal form-fill-sealers designed to wrap packages effortlessly and efficiently. Easy Changeover – Adjustable product spacing and end seal placement accommodate product length and spacing changes for fast and simple product size changeover.

Belt infeed that accepts intermittently delivered and randomly spaced product – setting the correct spacing by controlling the infeed belt speeds. Can also handle random product length for uninterrupted operation. Capable of wrapping up to 50 packages per minute.

Safe – Electric controls are UL listed for meeting the highest safety standards. All safety components such as E-stops and door interlocks are managed via a dual channel monitored safety circuit.

Secure – Password protection capability safeguards sensitive machine functions.
