The CreaseMatic 150 is a versatile, fully programmable card creaser designed for short to medium digital print runs. It serves as a bridge between desktop card creasers and suction-fed models. Capable of stream-feeding over 2000 sheets per hour by hand, simply advance the sheet to the input rollers and the CreaseMatic 150 takes over. You can program up to 9 creases per sheet for card lengths up to 999mm. The feed table’s standard guides accommodate sheet widths from 100mm to 330mm and lengths up to 640mm.

Its creasing rule and matrix system prevent ink or toner cracking during the folding of digitally printed cards. The slide-out, reversible creasing matrix can handle card stock up to 400gsm, and the creasing bar allows for the application of standard creasing matrix, offering greater flexibility in creasing width. The CreaseMatic 150 operates quietly, with a drive motor that shuts down when not in use. This floor-standing unit is equipped with wheels for easy mobility and storage, and has a footprint of 103cm x 47cm. The operator loading height is 88cm, providing a convenient position for feeding. It comes with both thin and thick creasing matrix options, enabling creasing from 120gsm up to 400gsm.
